We always rent the whole estate – the main house, the garden house with its fireplace, the courtyard, garden and barn. Each space has its own character; what unites them is calm, natural materials and respect for the original house.

Prices

The whole estate, just for you

The price is always for the whole estate, regardless of the number of guests. Friday and Saturday nights and nights before a public holiday are charged at the weekend rate.

  • A final cleaning fee of CZK 1,500 is added to every stay, Christmas and New Year included.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights; at Christmas, New Year, Easter, during the summer holidays and around public holidays it is 3 nights.
  • Prices include VAT. 50 % deposit in advance, balance on arrival day at the latest. Christmas and New Year packages are paid in full in advance, with a refundable CZK 10,000 security deposit on arrival.

Good to know

  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. A later check-out can be arranged if no booking follows.
  • No meals are served – you have a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
  • Arrival instructions are sent at least 48 hours in advance.
