What we process and why

• Stay enquiries and the contact form: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and your message – to reply and prepare your booking (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Bookings and invoicing: additionally your address and invoice payment details – to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (accounting, tax, guest registration).
• Newsletter: email and language – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed by email. You can withdraw at any time via the link in every email.
• Form abuse protection: we only store a one-way hash of your IP address.

Retention

Enquiries that did not lead to a booking for up to 2 years. Accounting records for the statutory period (10 years). Newsletter data until you withdraw consent.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, database and email delivery (processing may take place outside the EU under standard contractual clauses).
• Invoicing and payment providers – once introduced (to be listed).
• We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, only strictly necessary browser storage where required for the page to work.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Write to rezervace@chaloupkajamny.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
