Provider
- Accommodation is provided by Ownify s.r.o., Company ID 17670845, VAT ID CZ17670845, Petrská 1166/33, 110 00 Praha 1 – Nové Město.
Enquiry and booking
- Submitting the form on this website is a no-obligation enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
- We confirm the dates by email and send an advance invoice. The booking becomes binding once the deposit is credited to our account.
Price
- The price always covers the whole property regardless of the number of guests and follows the current price list on this website (weekdays, weekends and public holidays, summer holidays, Christmas and New Year).
- A one-off final cleaning fee of CZK 1,500 is added to every stay, including Christmas and New Year.
- Prices include VAT. The price shown on the website is indicative; the price in the booking confirmation and advance invoice is binding.
Payment
- A deposit of 50 % of the accommodation price is paid in advance against an advance invoice.
- The balance (remaining accommodation price and cleaning fee) is due on the day of arrival at the latest.
- Christmas and New Year (CZK 40,000 for 3 nights) are paid in full in advance; a refundable security deposit of CZK 10,000 is paid on arrival.
Cancellation
- If you cancel, the deposit paid is forfeited (for Christmas and New Year the price paid).
- You can, however, transfer your stay to another person free of charge – just let us know the new guest's name and contact in advance.
- If we ever had to cancel your stay, we refund everything you have paid in full.
Your stay
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. A later check-out can be arranged if no booking follows.
- Maximum capacity is 10 guests (up to 12 in summer including the garden house).
- Dogs are welcome by arrangement; guests are liable for any damage.
- Park anywhere in front of the gate or along the house; if needed, you can also use the courtyard gateway.
- Arrival instructions are sent at least 48 hours before arrival.
